Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

DBT is a type of therapy often used in a group setting. As a group, members learn a variety of skills to help them in their lives. Group members support one another with practicing skills and giving each other feedback. It provides a safe way to try out some new ways of behaving with people in a supportive setting before trying it out in the real world. This virtual skill building psychoeducational group will cover the topics of:

We L(ead), E(mpower), A(lign), D(iscover): This interactive group is designed to increase your overall wellbeing. Topics include coping, communicating, collaborating and caring for oneself. These skills can be used in the home, classroom and community.
